Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including in a senior accounting or controller-level role.
• Direct experience working for a spine and/or orthopedic medical device manufacturer is strongly preferred.
• Strong experience with monthly close and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Oversee manufacturing accounting, including inventory and standard costing.
• Support external audits and ensure readiness for financial statement audits.
