Job summary
Arthrex distributor is seeking a highly motivated Associate Sales Representative to join our team in Decatur, IL, with opportunities in Iowa and Illinois. You will learn the sales process, build your own accounts, deliver products to surgeons, and support surgical staff in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of top-decile sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a passion for sports medicine.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ sales experience in top decile
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Sales in sports/sports medicine preferred
- Knowledge of human anatomy beneficial
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn technical anatomy and surgical indications
- Clean driving record; background check and drug test required
Responsibilities
- Support surgical staff by delivering products and maintaining accounts
- Promote products to surgeons and healthcare professionals
- Grow accounts by nurturing existing customers and prospecting new ones
- Learn from mentors to perfect selling skills
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Maintain inventory of consigned products
