Job summary

Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics LLC (CAO) is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers, ensure efficient patient flow, and maintain high standards of care across our Virginia locations. You will collect histories, prepare exam rooms, and assist with injections, meds, and charting under physician supervision.

Strong customer service, English communication, and computer skills are essential. A high school diploma and MA certification are preferred, with CPR certification advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification preferred.
• Medical Assistant Certification and CPR preferred.
• Experience with medical terminology, EMR systems, and patient care workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient flow and care activities.
• Record medical history, medications, allergies, vital signs, and results.
• Prepare rooms, handle supplies, and maintain documentation and confidentiality.
