Responsibilities

• Direct patients to examination rooms to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Prepare and restock examination rooms, and clean instruments as needed.
• Collect specimens, measure vital signs, weight, and height, and record results.
• Assist the physician with procedures and treatments as required.
• Enter patient data into electronic records accurately.
• Apply and remove casts, splints, and dressings as ordered, and fit DME.
• Instruct patients on care for casts, splints, dressings, and DME.
• Monitor and respond to patient messages and support the clinical phone line.
