You will room patients, prepare exam rooms, assist with sutures and casts, and support provider procedures while handling documentation and front office duties. Qualifications

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with hands-on externship.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• AHA Basic Life Support certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from Medical Assistant program required.
• Current CMA/RMA/CCMA/NCMA/CMAC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Room patients (approx. 60% of role).
• Prepare patients and exam rooms for visits.
• Assist with suture and staple removals.
• Apply and remove casts and splints.
• Prepare for provider procedures.
• Complete documentation and administrative tasks (approx. 40%).
• Support team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Maintain EMR files and front office responsibilities.
