Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced RN for the Orthopedic Medical Surgical Inpatient Weekend Programs at the Cudahy, WI location. The role covers 12-hour shifts on the 3MESG unit and requires weekend availability as described (Sat/Sun and Mon or Fri, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Responsibilities include providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, applying evidence-based practice, and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• New grads welcomed.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Using evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to create a safe environment and best patient experience.
