Surgeons from Montefiore Einstein Orthopedic Surgery, one of the largest orthopedic practices in New York, partner with the Joint Replacement Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital, a state-of-the-art, comprehensive facility dedicated entirely to the surgical replacement of hip and knee joints. The team includes:
We have recently opened a new, state-of-the-art MSK center with offices, procedure rooms, ASC, MRI, PT/OT in-house. There is an optional academic appointment at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, with monthly Hand club meetings and weekly Grand Rounds, though these are not mandatory. Call schedule is approximately 1:10 or better. Located near New York City, the area offers beautiful suburban neighborhoods with various schooling options (public and private) and multiple housing choices.
Compensation includes a competitive salary ranging from $300,000 to $800,000, with opportunities for additional income through productivity incentives. Benefits include LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision, CME with stipend, and a 403(b) plan. Interested candidates should be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery, fellowship-trained in Hand and Upper Extremity, and able to obtain a NY State Medical License.
