Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking an Orthopedic Technologist for primary location in Stratham, NH, with training coverage for Hooksett and Manchester locations. The role supports orthopedic care across rooms, units and OR, applying and teaching use of braces and devices.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, orthopedic training or ASOP certification, and prior clinical experience is preferred. A team-oriented environment with comprehensive benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; formal orthopedic training program completed or ASOP certification within 3 months.
• Experience in orthopedic settings preferred.
• Certification in Orthopaedic Technologists or ASOP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply, adjust, maintain and remove orthopedic devices per physician orders.
• Instruct patients and families on use of equipment and appliances.
• Assist in orthopaedic room, inpatient units and operating room as needed.
• Handle telephone orders within scope and Elliot Hospital policies.
• Apply fracture braces per written physician orders.
• Support daily office functions including room turnover, data entry and scheduling.
• Collaborate with medical staff and administration to ensure coordinated patient care.
