Job summary

Sanford Health in Fargo, ND is seeking an experienced RN to join our Orthopedic Clinic. You will triage patient needs by phone and MyChart, educate patients, assist with procedures and injections, and collaborate with Providers to deliver high-quality patient care.

The position is on-site, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no weekends or major holidays. A Bachelor’s in nursing is preferred and an unencumbered RN license is required; a $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient inquiries via telephone and MyChart messages.
• Triage patients according to established algorithms.
• Educate patients on care plans and procedures.
• Assist with procedures and injections.
• Provide guidance to team members as outlined by role.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers to coordinate care.
