Job summary

OrthoArkansas, PA is seeking a Clinic Assistant to support patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic in Little Rock. You will greet patients, assist clinicians during visits, and help maintain accurate records and smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities include managing intake data, scheduling tests, handling documentation in the EHR, and supporting wound care, injections, and routine procedures. A CMA/RMA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months related experience and/or training; healthcare/clinic setting preferred.
• Certification as Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA/NCRMA) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients, escort to exam rooms, record vital signs and medical history.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures; prepare and sterilize instruments.
• Enter orders into EHR; manage prescriptions and refills; coordinate with pharmacies.
