Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a Physical Therapist (Outpatient) to provide one-on-one, evidence-based therapy for orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical patients in an outpatient setting. You will use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to restore function and reduce pain.

You will document evaluations and treatments in an EMR, collaborate with a supportive clinical team, and educate patients on home programs and self-management to optimize recovery.
