Qualifications

• Knowledge of LPN scope of practice per Ohio board (required).
• Operates common clinical equipment (stethoscope, thermometer, sphygmomanometer, monitors).
• Level II: 18 CNEs/year; 3 CNEs in clinical specialty; 5 CNEs in leadership.
• Level II: 3 Peer Reviews; committee involvement; 5 criteria with evidence.
