Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Current state licensure, national certification, and DEA license or eligibility.
• Orthopedic, fracture care, or musculoskeletal experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care and assist with surgical procedures when applicable.
• Order and interpret imaging and laboratory studies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on recovery and prevention.
• Perform procedures including joint injections, splinting, and casting.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support high-quality patient outcomes.
