Job summary

Duly Health and Care is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for Orthopedics in Oak Lawn and Orland Hills. You will greet patients, assist with registration, take vital signs, and support physicians during exams and minor procedures. Travel between sites is possible to cover clinics.

Requirements include a Medical Assistant program and active MA certification, plus CPR or willingness to obtain. Onsite duties include phlebotomy and routine lab tests with comprehensive benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Medical Assistant educational program or related health sciences courses.
• Active medical assistant certification (AMT/NCCT/NHA/AAMA/ARMA) or willingness to obtain on hire.
• CPR certification or willingness to become certified within hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, assist with registration, scheduling, and collecting health history.
• Support physicians during examinations and minor procedures.
• Administer immunizations or injections as needed.
• Perform onsite lab testing (EKG, pulmonary function, glucose, urine pregnancy tests).
• Maintain clean, welcoming examination rooms and provide strong patient service.
