Job summary

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience as an athletic trainer preferred.
• Licensed as an Athletic Trainer by the North Carolina Board of Athletic Trainer Examiners or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Casting patients and providing patient education on medical items.
• Communicating effectively with patients and staff members.
• Obtaining patient information to update the patient history.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of relevant medical terminology

Education

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline

Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) certification
