Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Completed an ACGME‑approved residency in orthopaedic surgery.
• Interest in trauma surgery.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Eligible for a Texas Medical license without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide faculty for the clinical, education, and academic missions of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation.
• Direct patient care, including surgical procedures, consultations, and inpatient/outpatient services.
• Supervise and educate residents and students in the OR, clinics, and inpatient settings.
• Participate in departmental conferences, continuing medical education, scholarly activities, and local, regional, and national professional meetings.
• Possible service on departmental and Health System committees.
