The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of Orthopaedic Spine Surgery. Applicants must have an M.D. degree. Must be Board certified or Board eligible and Fellowship training in Spine Surgery is required.

Teaching responsibilities may include resident, medical school teaching and fellow education in Spine Surgery.

Clinical responsibilities may include providing outpatient and inpatient services in a Spine practice at Pennsylvania Hospital in the UPHS Health System and Chester County Hospital as well as on call responsibilities.
