Kearney, Nebraska is home to an Orthopedic Surgery opportunity with American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. The clinic is attached to CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital, featuring state-of-the-art operating rooms and a dedicated Joint Center and Orthopedic Center of Excellence.

The role offers competitive base compensation with wRVU incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including relocation and CME allowances, with access to a 264-bed Level II trauma center.

Qualifications

• Board certification/eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS).
• Nebraska license eligibility or ability to obtain.
• Experience in trauma and joint reconstruction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with 2 employed MDs and 4 APPs in a hospital-based orthopedic service.
• Provide care in clinic attached to CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital and coordinate with OR access.
• Participate in an outpatient surgery program and in-house rehab planning.
• Engage in Trauma call coverage on a 1:5 rotation.
• Support a Joint Center and Center of Excellence programs.

CHI Health Good Samaritan Orthopedic Surgery is located in our well-resourced medical office building attached to CHI Health Good Samaritan hospital - a 264-bed Level II trauma regional referral center.

• Join Two (2) MD's and four (4) APPs. Dedicated Hospital based APP's for IP care

• Clinic attached to our CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital. Easy access to OR - In Clinic X-Ray - Tremendous support staff

• CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital has a dedicated clinic for Orthopedic Patients as well as a highly respected and established Joint Center Program and Orthopedic Center of Excellence Program.

• IP Rehab and PMR

• State of the art operating rooms - pre and post-operative patient care waiting areas

• Outpatient Surgery Center to extend your practice

• Level II Trauma Center; we operate the area's ground and air service transport 911 services

• Rotate Trauma Call: 1:5

• 24/7 Hospitalist Team. All multispecialty represented

• Excellent school systems with but public and private schools
