Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established practice serving a high-volume patient population. The role emphasizes general orthopedics and trauma care, with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team and access to modern imaging and surgical resources.

Formación

• MD or DO degree required and board eligibility/certification in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Active state license or ability to obtain unrestricted PA license.
• Strong clinical skills in general orthopedics and trauma care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic care to patients referred from primary care and emergency departments.
• Participate in trauma and practice call rotations (1:6 and 1:5 respectively).
• Utilize in-office imaging and electronic medical records systems.
• Collaborate with a team of orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, and sports medicine physicians.

Role Overview

We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in General Orthopedics to join a well-established practice serving a high-volume patient population.

Responsibilities Include

• Providing comprehensive orthopedic care to patients referred from primary care and emergency departments


• Participating in trauma and practice call rotations (1:6 and 1:5 respectively)


• Utilizing in-office imaging and electronic medical records systems


• Collaborating with a team of orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, and sports medicine physicians

Qualifications And Skills

• MD or equivalent, Board Certified/Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery


• Ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license


• Strong clinical skills in general orthopedics and trauma care


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
