Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an ARC-PA accredited program with PA-C certification and NJ licensure.
• Proficiency in patient exams, diagnostic imaging interpretation, EMR charting, and routine orthopedic procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across interdisciplinary teams.
• Prior clinical or hospital experience preferred; orthopedic/spine background a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new and established patients through exams, diagnostics, treatment planning, education, and bracing.
• Assist in surgery, perform hospital rounds, write orders, and manage perioperative care pathways with the spine surgeon.
• Maintain prompt EMR and billing documentation, manage daily patient workflow across clinical and administrative teams.
