Job summary

DOCS Dental is seeking a skilled orthodontist to join a state-of-the-art private practice serving a unique community. You’ll have full clinical autonomy and the opportunity to work on military bases while delivering exceptional care and building lasting patient relationships.

Requirements include a DDS/DMD with Orthodontics Specialty and an active state dental license. You’ll use fixed appliances, removable appliances, and aligners with modern technology and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD with Orthodontics Specialty.
• Active, unrestricted State Dental License.
• Proficiency in essential orthodontic procedures.
• Ability to obtain a Real ID before starting.
• Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge and excellent organizational skills.
• Positive attitude with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Employment contingent on background check, UA, vaccinations and physical exams.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities with ease.
• Warmly greet and welcome patients, making them feel comfortable and valued.
• Conduct examinations, using x-rays and diagnostic tools to determine treatment plans.
• Provide orthodontic treatment using fixed appliances, removable appliances, and aligners.
• Perform necessary adjustments to appliances and educate patients throughout their treatment.
• Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a friendly, supportive experience.
