Job summary

DOCS Dental is seeking an orthodontist to join a state-licensed, private practice with full clinical autonomy and strong earning potential.

In this role, you will diagnose, plan, and deliver comprehensive orthodontic care using fixed appliances, aligners, and removable appliances while fostering long-term patient relationships on military-base patient communities.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program with Orthodontics specialty.
• Active, unrestricted State Dental License.
• Proficiency in essential orthodontic procedures.
• Ability to obtain a Real ID before starting.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities.
• Warmly greet and welcome patients, making them feel comfortable and valued.
• Conduct examinations, using x-rays and diagnostic tools to determine treatment plans.
• Provide orthodontic treatment using fixed appliances, removable appliances, and aligners.
• Perform necessary adjustments to appliances and educate patients throughout their treatment.
• Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a friendly, supportive experience.

• Positive attitude with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Employment is contingent on successful completion of background check (criminal and malpractice), Urinalysis, applicable testing, vaccinations and physical exams.
