Job summary

Bear Braces in Waco, Texas, seeks an experienced Lead Orthodontist to join a high-volume practice. This full-time role (4–5 days per week, occasional Saturdays) offers leadership responsibility and a direct link between performance and earning potential.

You’ll lead a busy clinical team, deliver exceptional orthodontic care, and drive growth with strong administrative support. Competitive compensation with signing/retention bonus and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Seeking previous orthodontic experience with a leadership mindset.
• Full-time opportunity (4-5 days/wk with Occasional Saturdays).
• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
• Certificate of completion of residency from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic program.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state of Texas.

Bear Braces is seeking an experienced Lead Orthodontist to join our thriving, high-volume practice in Waco, Texas. This is an opportunity for an orthodontist who thrives in a busy clinical environment, enjoys a full schedule, and is motivated by both exceptional patient care and practice growth. This is not a slow-paced associate opportunity. Bear Braces is looking for an experienced orthodontist who is comfortable treating a high volume of patients, can lead with confidence, and wants to play a meaningful role in taking an already successful practice to its next level. The position offers a full-time schedule of 4 to 5 days per week, with occasional Saturdays.
