Bear Braces in Waco, TX is seeking an experienced Lead Orthodontist to join a fast-paced, high-volume practice. You will lead clinical care and team initiatives, while delivering outstanding patient outcomes and driving growth.

The ideal candidate has a DDS/DMD, completed an accredited orthodontic residency, and a current Texas dental license. This full-time role (4–5 days/week with occasional Saturdays) offers substantial earning potential up to $600,000 and a strong benefits package.

Bear Braces is seeking an experienced Lead Orthodontist to join our thriving, high-volume practice in Waco, Texas. This is an opportunity for an orthodontist who thrives in a busy clinical environment, enjoys a full schedule, and is motivated by both exceptional patient care and practice growth. This is not a slow-paced associate opportunity. Bear Braces is looking for an experienced orthodontist who is comfortable treating a high volume of patients, can lead with confidence, and wants to play a meaningful role in taking an already successful practice to its next level. The position offers a full-time schedule of 4 to 5 days per week, with occasional Saturdays.
