SALT Dental Partners in Western Colorado is offering a full-time opportunity for an Orthodontist. This role features a four-day clinical schedule across several modern, child-friendly offices. We seek a compassionate and skilled individual who will provide expert orthodontic treatment to a diverse patient base.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Orthodontist preferred.
• Invisalign experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat orthodontic conditions and malocclusions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric, teen, and adult patients.
• Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment including braces and clear aligner therapy.

This full-time opportunity offers a four-day work week while practicing across our modern, kid-friendly offices located in Rifle, Glenwood Springs, Eagle, and Aspen.

Our practice is known for creating healthy, confident smiles through compassionate care, advanced technology, and an engaging patient experience. We provide orthodontic treatment for children, teens, and adults, including traditional braces, clear braces, and Invisalign treatment options in welcoming offices designed to make every patient feel comfortable.

Responsibilities

Orthodontist Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat orthodontic conditions, malocclusions, and dentofacial abnormalities
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric, teen, and adult patients
• Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment including braces and clear aligner therapy
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families regarding oral hygiene, treatment expectations, and retention protocols
• Collaborate closely with pediatric dentists and clinical support teams to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation in compliance with Colorado regulations and professional standards
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient experience
