Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time Orthodontist to provide care across Albany Santiam, Corvallis, Valley River, and Lebanon offices. You’ll join a large dental group while maintaining clinical autonomy and serving established patient communities.

The rotating 4- and 5-day weekly schedule is set in advance, supporting a stable patient base and strong teamwork. The practice offers comprehensive benefits and professional support to focus on patient care.

Build your orthodontic practice across four established Gentle Dental locations in Oregon’s Willamette Valley — with the patient access, team support, and resources of a large dental group while maintaining the clinical autonomy to practice your way.

Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time Orthodontist to join our Oregon specialty team, providing care across our Albany Santiam, Corvallis, Valley River, and Lebanon practices.

This is an excellent opportunity for an orthodontist looking for established patient communities and the ability to focus on patient care while an experienced team supports the business side of practice.

Your Practice Locations

You’ll provide orthodontic care across four Gentle Dental practices throughout Oregon’s Willamette Valley:

Gentle Dental Albany Santiam

Gentle Dental Lebanon
2040 S. Santiam Hwy
Lebanon, OR 97355

Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating weekly schedule, typically alternating between four- and five-day workweeks. The schedule is structured in advance across our established offices, providing consistency while supporting a strong patient base throughout the region.

What We’re Looking For

• Orthodontic Residency Certificate
• Graduate of an accredited dental school
• Current Oregon dental license or ability to obtain an Oregon license by the time of employment
• Current required licenses and certifications, including CPR and NPI
• Strong commitment to quality patient care
• Collaborative approach to working with doctors and office teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
