What you’ll do…

The Orthodontics Treatment Coordinator serves as a key member in the patient experience and flow. This position is responsible for explaining and ensuring the patient understands their treatment needs, the importance of the treatment to their overall health, and the available financial options to help them commit to the necessary care.

  • Competitive base pay starting at $21/hr, increasing based on experience – PLUS ANNUAL BONUS!
What you’ll bring to the team…
  • Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans and promote the qualities of your doctor
  • Active listening to address patients’ concerns and provide practical solutions
  • Ability to give feedback on financial and patient care outcomes
  • Experience in obtaining patient commitment to financial arrangements
  • Ability to guide patients through office flow and schedule follow-up treatments
  • Strict compliance with Federal, State, and other regulations (OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Company policies & procedures)
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager
