WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

This full-time position offers a balanced schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with the potential to work on Fridays. This allows for long weekends and a well-rounded work-life balance.

As our Orthodontics Specialist - Orthodontist, your day will be filled with opportunities to transform lives, starting with examining patients and diagnosing common orthodontic problems using x-rays, impressions, and other tools to create individualized treatment plans. You'll treat patients with braces, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances, ensuring their treatment progresses smoothly and efficiently. Engaging with patients and their families, you'll discuss diagnoses, treatment options, and costs, always providing compassionate and personalized care. Detailed record-keeping and adherence to orthodontic guidelines will be crucial, ensuring the highest quality of care.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree
• Completion of residency with an accredited orthodontic program
• Active dental license in Florida
• Experience practicing orthodontics

• Ability to work calmly and confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide high-quality patient care with great attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
