Job summary

Corus Orthodontists’ Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics in Bellevue, WA seeks a Treatment Coordinator to welcome patients, review histories, and support consultations. This full-time role offers a Wednesday–Friday schedule, a $1,000 sign-on/relocation bonus, and a competitive $25–$30 per hour.

You'll guide families through financial options, enter patient details, coordinate with referring dentists, and track KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental or orthodontic office is preferred.
• Experience in sales, patient education, or customer service is a strong asset.
• Previous Treatment Coordinator experience is an asset, but not required.
• Confident, personable communicator who educates and guides patients.
• Comfortable discussing financial options clearly and compassionately.
• Proficient with basic technology tools and office software.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new patients and families and help them feel comfortable from arrival.
• Review medical and dental histories and listen to patients' goals and concerns.
• Capture patient records, including photos, scans, and X-rays.
• Support the orthodontist during new patient consultations and take notes.
• Present and explain treatment plans using visuals and tools.
• Guide patients through financial options and payment plans.
• Follow up with patients to maintain relationships and starts.
• Prepare and send correspondence to referring dental offices.
• Act as liaison between the orthodontist and referring dentists or specialists.
• Track monthly reports on consultations, starts and KPIs.
• Assist with additional administrative duties.
