Qualifications
One (1) or more years of Orthodontic Treatment Planning experience.
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Commitment to being punctual and reporting to work on time.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Desire and ability to learn new skills and be a team player.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the desire for professional growth.
Be organized and possess a superior knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology.
Responsibilities
Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile.
Use multiple computer programs to manage data and treatment plan tasks related to patient information.
Determine dental benefit eligibility and payment estimates necessary to facilitate financial arrangements, when applicable.
Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, insurance forms and exit paperwork.
Communicate clearly and openly with patients about their treatment options and related costs.
Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations.
