What We're Looking For:

We seek an energetic individual with a strong personality who can handle constructive criticism well. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, exceptional communication, listening, and organizational skills. Familiarity with EagleSoft and experience working in a paperless office are also desired.

  • Orthodontic experience preferred.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Traveling Between all locations (Austin, Tx - Houston, Tx - San Antonio, Tx - Corpus Christi, Tx - Dallas, Tx).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making orthodontic adjustments.
  • Taking alginate impressions.
  • Preparing materials for impressions and restorations.
  • Managing and cleaning the orthodontic lab.
  • Familiarity with bonding procedures.
  • Placing and removing orthodontic bands, wires, and ligatures.
  • Communicating aftercare instructions (care calls, note cards, etc.).
  • Preparing tray setups.
  • Maintaining adequate supply levels in each chair and replenishing as needed.

Work Environment:

  • Adherence to safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements, including protection from radiographs and blood-borne pathogens.
  • Potential for long hours standing on your feet.
  • Some travel (overnight and local) required.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (flexibility required).
