Requirements

• Customer Service or sales experience required; orthodontic experience is a plus, will train the right person.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and people skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a huge plus.
• Preference given to those with knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options.
• Full‑time role (30+ hours per week), 5 days/week preferred.
• Must be dependable with a strong attention to detail.

Schedule

• In local office (Norcross, GA), supporting 5‑7 orthodontic practices across the U.S.
• Follows office hours

Pay Range

• $20‑25/hour - depending on experience and bilingual capabilities
• Daily case acceptance bonus paid bi‑weekly with high earning potential
