At iKids Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, we are looking for a dedicated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey while working alongside a fun and supportive team of professionals. If you love working with children and enjoy a dynamic, patient-focused environment, we’d love to meet you!

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Present financial treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients and families.
• Have a strong understanding of dental insurance and patient benefits.
• Assist in back-office duties - orthodontic experience is a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
