All in One Benso Family Dental is seeking an Orthodontic Technician/Assistant to perform wire changes, ligating, and tooth preparation under doctor supervision. You will manage digital impressions (iTero/3Shape), take cephalometric radiographs, and coordinate orthodontic lab work.

The role requires 3+ years as a dental assistant with orthodontic experience, CEREC, iTero, and AZ X-ray certification. Monday–Friday, full-time with growth opportunities in a collaborative private practice.

Qualifikationen

• CEREC proficiency and orthodontic care skills.
• Certified Orthodontic Assistant or equivalent.
• 3+ years as Dental Assistant in orthodontics.
• Arizona X-ray Certification required.
• iTero experience with at least 2 years.
• Strong manual dexterity and familiarity with orthodontic software and digital scanning.
• Inventory management experience for ortho supplies.

Aufgaben

• Perform wire changes, ligating, sizing bands, and prep for bonding/debonding.
• Take digital impressions (iTero/3Shape), photos, and radiographs.
• Lead ordering and organizing orthodontic supplies to ensure zero downtime.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene with appliances and elastics.
• Coordinate flow of appliances between office and lab.
