Impress, the leading chain of digital orthodontic clinics, seeks a Sales Associate to close consultations in clinics and partner with Doctors to convert prospects into active patients. You will articulate patented technology, present clinical goals, and drive patient conversions while supporting clinical procedures.

The role demands onsite work in the Chicago market, travel between clinics, and a high-energy, team-driven environment with extensive training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years total work experience.
• 2+ years focused on sales quotas and conversion.
• Willing to work onsite daily in the market.

Responsibilities

• Achieve same-day conversion rate of 60% or more and monthly 75% conversion.
• Provide direct clinical care to patients, including intraoral scans and 3D imaging.
• Assist doctors in clinical procedures and treatment delivery.
• Ensure clear patient communication of treatment goals and post-appointment follow-ups.
• Enter clinical data accurately into patient records and update internal channels.
