Munk Orthodontics is seeking a Records Technician to join our three-location practice in Clarkston, Oxford, and Davison. You will greet patients, collect medical and dental information, and support treatment planning with accurate diagnostic records.

Responsibilities include capturing x-rays and photos, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a clean records room. A professional, collaborative team player with MS Office and dental software experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide clinic tour, collecting essential medical and dental information.
• Capture high-quality diagnostic records: digital x-rays, intraoral/outdoor photos, scans, bite registrations.
• Prepare and maintain records for existing patients; prep materials for lab submission or internal use.
• Maintain a clean, organized records room; restock supplies and manage deband kits and related items.
• Collaborate with orthodontists and staff; participate in team meetings and support daily operations.
