Diamond Braces in New Jersey is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Assistant to join a fast-growing orthodontic team. The role works alongside our orthodontists to deliver exceptional patient care and support a growing practice.

Starting pay is $25.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement. Training and ongoing education are provided to help you grow in this hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Dental Assistant (state requirements apply).
• Has at least one year of dental experience.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.
• Positive, coachable, and eager to learn.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photos, and impressions.
• Preparing treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments.
• Sterilizing instruments according to OSHA standards.
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Documenting clinical notes accurately.
• Fabricating Essix retainers and assisting with laboratory procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
