Job summary

Smile Doctors seeks a Practice Director to lead our Saginaw, MI orthodontic clinic. You will partner with the Doctor to foster a positive clinical culture, manage staff, and drive growth while ensuring patient care excellence.

Responsibilities include monitoring P&L, controlling costs, and coordinating scheduling. You’ll engage in local marketing and ensure regulatory compliance, while modeling professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong coaching and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and drive growth while managing profitability.
• Lead scheduling, staff development, and patient experience improvements.
• Partner with doctor to ensure clinical culture and compliance with OSHA/HIPAA.
• Monitor P&L and control labor and supply costs.
• Participate in local marketing to build brand reputation.
