Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a dental assistant.
• Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant in the state of Texas.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Completion of a CODA-accredited dental assisting program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and support patients before, during, and after appointments.
• Take and process dental radiographs, impressions, and intraoral photos.
• Prepare and sterilize the treatment room and equipment.
• Document dental care services by charting patient records.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, patient-centered working environment.

Qualifications

• Active license/registration to practice as a dental assistant, as required by your state
• 6+ months of experience as a dental assistant
• CPR or BLS certification
• Completion of a CODA accredited dental assisting program (preferred)
• Quick learner with strong problem solving skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Comfortable with software used for charting, records, and scheduling
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Organized with strong knowledge of dentistry and dental terminology
