Job summary

Orthodontics Limited is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician II to join our growing team and deliver a positive clinical experience while following state dental laws under supervision of an Orthodontist.

You will assist in placing/removing appliances, take full records, review charts, triage patient scans via the remote monitoring dashboard, educate patients on care, and maintain a clean, sterile operatory in accordance with infection-control policies. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year orthodontic experience or 6 months as Clinician I.
• Dental Assistant certification if required by state Dental Board.
• Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board.
• CPR certification if required by state Dental Board.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances and taking full records under supervision of an Orthodontist.
• Perform accurate and efficient procedures to maintain the schedule and patient flow.
• Review patient charts, log appropriate patient data and transcribe doctor notes.
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision of an Orthodontist.
• Assist with final checks on patients and lead patient flow.
• Administer the remote monitoring dashboard including triage of patient scans and messages.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare the operatory following standard protocols.
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
