Job summary

Smile Doctors in Florida is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician I to join our growing team. You will work under the supervision of an Orthodontist to deliver a positive clinical experience while following company policies and state dental laws.

Responsibilities include assisting with appliances, chart review, lab work, remote monitoring triage, patient education, and maintaining sterile operatory protocols. This is an entry-level role with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience preferred.
• Dental Assistant certification if required by state Dental Board.
• Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board.
• CPR certification if required by state Dental Board.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances under close supervision.
• Review patient charts, log data and transcribe notes.
• Perform laboratory procedures under close supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Review remote monitoring dashboard including triage patient scans and messages.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
