Job summary

Hurley & Volk Orthodontics in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an Orthodontic Clinician to join our growing team. You will assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances under close supervision of the Orthodontist and help deliver a positive clinical experience for patients.

Responsibilities include reviewing patient charts, documenting notes, performing lab procedures, reviewing remote monitoring dashboards, educating patients on care, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining infection-control

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
• Clear communication with patients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and patient schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances under close supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Review patient charts, log data, and transcribe doctor notes.
• Review remote monitoring dashboard and triage patient scans and messages.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Sterilize, clean, and prepare equipment and operatory per protocols.
