Job summary

Whitlock Orthodontics in Bixby, OK seeks an Orthodontic Clinician I to support a growing team. You’ll assist with placing and removing appliances, review charts, triage messages, educate patients, and uphold infection-control standards in a patient-first environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, multitasking, strong people skills, and reliable scheduling. Dental background with certifications is preferred; competitive pay and solid benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Dental Assistant certification may be required by state Dental Board.
• Radiography and CPR certifications may be required by state Dental Board.

Responsibilities

• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances under supervision.
• Review patient charts, transcribe doctor notes and logs.
• Monitor remote monitoring dashboard and triage patient scans/messages.
• Educate patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring.
• Maintain infection-control protocols; sterilize equipment and operatory.
• Prepare equipment and assist with patient care scheduling.
