Smile Doctors seeks a Clinical Lead to steer daily clinical operations in Algonquin, IL, under the supervision of an Orthodontist. You’ll lead clinical staff, assign tasks, and ensure patient flow while maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state rules.

You’ll manage appliance placement/removal, monitor remote dashboards, and triage patient communications, shaping an exceptional patient experience in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Orthodontic Clinician II or equivalent.
• Dental Assistant certification if required by state.
• Radiography certification if required by state.
• CPR certification if required by state.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking in a fast-paced clinic.
