The role requires strong leadership and hands-on orthodontic experience. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, ensuring safety and compliance, and guiding patient flow from intake to dismissal.

Qualifikationen

• Orthodontic Clinician II experience or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of Clinician II experience preferred.
• Dental or orthodontic assisting certifications as required by state Dental Board.
• Radiography certification if required by state Dental Board.
• CPR certification if required by state Dental Board.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Lead, coach, and develop clinical team members.
• Assign daily and monthly clinical tasks.
• Ensure positive patient experience and smooth clinic flow.
• Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and State Dental Board compliance.
• Place and remove orthodontic appliances; manage patient flow.
• Review remote monitoring dashboard and triage patient scans/messages.
