Job summary

Sperry, Tivis and Wentz Family Orthodontics in Odessa/Hobbs is seeking a Clinical Lead to join our growing team. Under the supervision of an orthodontist, you will oversee clinical operations and patient flow while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will coach clinical staff, assign tasks, and manage the remote monitoring dashboard to triage scans and messages. A High School Diploma and Orthodontic Clinician II experience are preferred; CPR and radiography certification may be

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Orthodontic Clinician II experience or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year in Clinician II role preferred.
• State requirements may mandate Dental Assistant certification.
• State requirements may mandate Radiography certification.
• State requirements may mandate CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, coach, and develop clinical team members.
• Assign daily and monthly clinical tasks.
• Resolve issues impacting patient care and operations.
• Maintain smooth clinical flow.
• Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances.
• Ensure schedule adherence and patient flow.
• Lead final checks on patients and patient flow.
• Manage remote monitoring dashboard including triage of scans/messages/notifications.
• Ensure OSHA, HIPAA and State Dental Board compliance.
