Job summary

Redemption Orthodontics is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our on-site clinical team in Tallahassee. You will provide chairside support during orthodontic appointments, educate patients and families, and help maintain accurate clinical records including X-rays, impressions, and digital scans.

You will prepare and clean workstations, follow sterilization procedures, and ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA while using Cloud 9 and other required software to document care and schedule

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with patients and team members.
• Ability to follow detailed clinical systems and protocols.
• Comfortable using Cloud 9 and other required software.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance during orthodontic appointments and educate patients/families on treatment and aftercare.
• Assist with records including X-rays, photographs, impressions, and digital scans; manage treatment cards and patient comments; schedule next appointment.
