Simply Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join the team at Super Braces in Worcester. This full-time position is Tuesday-Friday, from 8am to 5pm. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply!

As an Orthodontic Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Delivering quality care to every patient
  • Preparing patients for exam and treatment
  • Providing oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
  • Preparing tray set-ups for dental procedures
  • Effectively directing patient flow through clear communication and teamwork
  • Sterilizing and disinfecting all used equipment and instruments
  • Documenting all procedures performed in treatment charts
  • Complying with OSHA and HIPAA standards and protocols
  • Assisting the doctor during procedures, including preparation and documentation
  • Changing and removing wires, brackets, and adhesive, taking digital impressions, and preparing teeth for bonding
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Communicating professionally both orally and in writing
  • Maintaining a caring and friendly environment that reflects our company's core values
