Job summary

White Greer & Maggard - Beaumont in Lexington, KY is seeking an Orthodontic Assistant for immediate hire. This 4-day work week role runs 7:30 AM–5:30 PM with rotating days off and includes hands-on training in a supportive team environment.

You will assist with adjustments, bracket placement prep, Invisalign starts and maintenance, sterilization, digital scanning, patient communication, and taking X-rays. Prior orthodontic experience is preferred, but training is available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of orthodontic assisting (preferred)
• Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Adjustments: Performing orthodontic adjustments and charting
• Preparation: Preparing teeth for bracket and appliance placement
• Invisalign: Starts and maintenance
• Sterilization: Ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized
• Digital scanning (iTero)
• Communication: Engaging with patients, co-workers, and parents
• Taking X-Rays
