Job summary

Vitana Pediatric & Orthodontic Partners is seeking a dedicated Orthodontic Assistant to join our trusted team across multiple Georgia locations. You will chairside assist in varied orthodontic procedures, handle impressions and X-rays, and educate patients and parents on care and expectations.

Travel between Decatur, Cumming, and Norcross offices is required, with a full-time schedule and some weekend hours. We value reliability, teamwork, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Previous orthodontic assisting experience.
• X-ray certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, genuinely enjoys working with patients.

Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting for orthodontic procedures including bonding, debonding, archwires, and appliance adjustments.
• Taking impressions, digital scans and X-rays with confidence.
• Educating patients and parents on appliance care, hygiene and treatment expectations.
• Supporting treatment planning, tracking appliance progress, and assisting both doctor and front-office staff.
• Setup, cleanup, sterilization and clinic flow support.
• Travel between locations when needed.
• Reliability: first to arrive, last to leave when needed.
